March 2022 Reading Plans

March so  far looks like it is going to be a busy month so I will not try to set myself up for failure too much. I have enough books that went un-reviewed last month to make March look like I read a fuck tonne. I am currently finding it difficult to concentrate on the current book I am reading when getting home after work. As such I am setting the goal of finishing that one for this month, It is quite a heavy book and I already feel guilty that Jenn flew through it and I am still basically at the beginning.

Fear to Tread

Nr 21 in the Horus Heresy. So far its good, a lot happening and full of characters. The one thing I miss that the 40K collections does not have is a Dramatis Personae, one that most paperbacks include, that give you a break down of all the people you meet in the book. I seem to get confused with who is who at the moment that is making this book drag extra long at the moment.

Should I get through the book early this month, I’d like to move on to the next instalment in the series, although, I  do not own it as of yet…

Apart from that I have a few audio books that I’ve downloaded that will accompany me at work. I wont list them as part of my reading plans as I pick them at random most of the time.

March is also the month that commemorate being married to Milou for 4 years. Crazy how fast time flies.  We also have Oi’s birthday this month so look out for a post on that perhaps. I can not believe I could grow attached to a pet the way I have the last couple of months.

Salty has told me to mention him as well in my Reading Plans posts. I have no idea what he is working on, but I have heard utterances of more than a thousand different emotions coming from the basement the last couple of days.

Hope March will treat you all well.

    1. Never really cared too much about the relationships and sex lives of celebs. I am just happy and count myself extremely lucky to still be loved by a woman that has stuck with me for the past 10 years
